Royally annoyed right now
So i stupidly lost my glasses whilst travelling around Europe nearly 3 weeks ago and have been glasses less for all of that time. This means that I cant drive, see the TV or read anything without squinting so much that i give myself a headache. I went to the options the day after I got back for an eye test and to sort out a new pair of glasses. i was told that the glasses would be in within 7 days tops. I have however not got my glasses after waiting nearly 2 weeks and every time I call asking about my glasses I get put on hold for about 20 minutes only to be told that they have not yet been delivered. This is stupid as i have been given two separate expected delivery dates both of which have been missed. Im getting sick of not being able to see anything properly and frankly i think that it is unacceptable.
